Yellow Pages Group Unscrupulous sales tactics, incompetence Calgary Alberta

  The sales person makes a recorded call, which later is used as a "verbal contract", to threaten my poor client into paying for services already provided by me.  Fortunately, we were able to stop payment in time!  Yellow Pages Group's "Terms and Conditions" attempts to render its victims completely helpless and vulnerable to unjustified fees and further abuse, even though they cannot deliver what was "sold".

  I intend to protect my client from bullies like the Yellow Pages Group.  They will not see one cent from me or my clients!  I will advise everybody to stay away from this (in my opinion) unscrupulous, and incompetent business.  Protect yourself: if they call you, ask them to remove your telephone number from their calling list, and HANG UP!
