your store on line no product, but lots of bugs, Internet

March 6th I ordered cloth mesh screen doors for me and 3 of my neighbors in a seniors apartment building.  We live in TX and have had many bugs since that date.  We were assurred prompt delivery.

Three weeks later I called to see when my product was coming, since my money was taken immediately.  I was told it was back ordered.  I asked why I wasn't notified and had no response. 

First week of April came.  Nothing arrived and I called again.  I was told it was coming soon and I would receive an email with tracking number.

On April 13 I called again since I had received no emails.  I was told it would arrive April 16 or 17.  Today, April 18 I called early in the morning and was told I was receiving it today.  I asked for email confirmation of this and was assured of that.

Four hours later I have received no email, so I just hung up after another conversation with someone who told me they are infact back ordered again!

I am extremely angry since I can't leave my door open (we have had heat and bugs for two months).A friend found the screens in stores several weeks ago, but of course they are sold out because of the weather!
