i too have found charges on my credit card that i know i haven't made as i wasn't on my computer when they were charged on my account. all i get is a electronic answer when i called to ask them about this. i will be fileing a dispute with my credit company and see about fraud charges too.

as of this date i have filed a report to the internet crime complaint center for investigation as to possible criminal charges and i suggest everyone do the same. the site is : ic3.gov. if enough complaints are made maybe they can be shutdown.
