YP.com AT & T Advertising Ad Lost in Cyberspace Internet

I was promised that my website would be showing up on page one in the major search engines within 30 days for my keywords.  After I prepaid about $400 and 5 motnhs had passed my website was still no where to be found.  I was then told that my URL was too long.  I had to buy a shorter URL in order for their services to work. Yet, another month and it still would not show up anywhere. They knew it had not been working for the 5 months, and I have voicemail recordings of this admission that it was not working even after I bought the shorter URL.  However, they kept billing me almost $300 per month for the entire time. When I threatened a lawsuit, they gave me partial credit of approximately $500 and kept billing me.  I had demanded cancellation and a full refund because it had never worked and still was not working.

Today I received notice they plan to begin collection action against me.  I appeal to all business men and women.  Do not buy advertising from these crooks.  I also found another local business that was done similar by this company.  Their ads never showed up online as promised, but the bills kept coming.
