My name is Barbie. I am so sorry that this is still going on. I received another opportunity letter from him today, and I was ripped off back in 2001. Yet, the idiot is still sending me stuff, that is how I know that he is still getting away with his fraudulant crime. With the help of the Rip Off Reports a Story was aired on Fox 11 news last year.

I appeared on that report, and so did several other people. The Attorney General and the FBI have done nothing to stop Tiran, or T.Ron Zaken as he now calls himself.

He is living in my state, working in my state, and my attorney General has done nothing. I have written them today, to let them know that this man is still ripping people off, and that if he was trying to run some government scam, he would have already been shut down.

But it takes people to report him. You have all done a wonderful thing by writing a rip off report, but now you need to write the California Attorney General. If enough people write them about this guy they will do something. You can fill out a complaint form with the Department of Justice at this address:

If the rip off reports won't allow this address then that is sad, as the Attorney General needs to be told. You can read what happened to me in a February report from 2003. I believe it is the 13th, but in any event, my number is in there.

I am still receiving calls to this date from people who have read my report.

Unfortunately, unless you want to spend months in court, you won't receive your money back. If you paid with a credit card, your credit card company will give you your money back, just dispute the charges. I was fortunate enough to get half of some of the costs back, but I am still owed $1400, and the sad thing is that he told Fox 11 news that everyone that Fox talked to would get a full refund. Never happened.

He even had the nerve to say that I got a full refund on the rip off reports, to which I replied, and chewed him out.

It might also help if enough credit card companies have disputes against the guy, that would be evidence for fraud to get him shut down.
