This company sounds legit but unfortunately it is all a scam. I spoke to a woman named Claudia @ Ext 3707 #18552418889 and she told us about a pretty good deal for 4 days, 3 nights at Playa del Carmen roundtrip flight to a 4 star All-Inclusive hotel for $190 a person.

But, to purchase this package you need to provide your bank information...they do not accept other payment methods. I tought it was a pretty good deal and since this was my first time dealing with a so called travel agency I felt for it :(

The good thing about it was that the full amount that was supposed to be taken out of my bank account was going to be in 3 separate payments on different dates. Once they took the first payment I received an email saying Thank you from Zip Away Travel! with a Contract ID # and an ID # Package code. The email came with a Travel Certificate Process to "activate" your vacation.

After reviewing all the information that was emailed to me I did some researched which I should of done prior to dealing with them. After a couple of days of calling and trying to get a hold of Claudia for some questions and concerns...I had no luck because supposibly she was super busy so I had to speak to someone else that kept telling me to call the Travel Center @ 18008617313 for futher assistance.

After several attempts I got very upset! I started calling them from other phones numbers using a different name so see if I was getting the same promotions. Same information was given to me all the time. So then couple of days later calls started coming in from the different phone numbers I used asking for the real me!! They left one voice mail saying "This message is for so and so, please give Melissa a call @ 18004619920 from Zip Away Travel and ask for Martha." So do I ask for Melissa or Martha??

So what I did was cancel my back account and open a new one before they took out the other two payments. Now that the account was canceled they been calling me non stop for the other two payments that they want. I told them I wasn't interested in going. I was told that the first payment can't be returned anymore so instead of losing that money that it is better to pay the other two payments. I told them I was willing to pay with a debit card or a credit card but they did'nt accept.

So anyone out there that is trying to get a good deal on a trip like this do your research first...check it they are legit...if they are members of ASTA (American Society of Travel Agents) or by searching for the company at Better Business Bureau's website.

Please Be Aware.  THIS IS A SCAM EVERYONE!!
