I purchased a car online speaking with a lot salesman on the phone. The car arrived to me with damages that were present at pickup per pickup photos. The dealer has denied all accountability even though clearly the car had been damaged on their lot.

The car was viewed and driven by a local friend who inspected the vehicle. The damage was not present at that time. Between the time that we saw the vehicle and when we bought it and sent transport the vehicle was damaged in the lot.

You send off your money to somebody you don't know to buy some stupid USED CAR you've NEVER seen; NEVER taken for any test drive; NEVER heard the engine run; NEVER felt the transmission shift; NEVER checked for engine leaks before and after the test drive; NEVER heard or experienced how the brakes work; NEVER checked all the accessories for proper operation; NEVER checked the tires; NEVER checked the interior for stains, damage or stench; NEVER checked all the glass and light covers for cracks or damage; NEVER checked for body damage, fit and finish!!! The ONLY thing you do is look at a picture on a computer screen, play door mat and trust some voice of a phone or words on a computer screen. Do you even know if you bought this thing AS IS? If you did, why would you think you are entitled to free warranty service???? Did you even bother to READ what you were agreeing to BEFORE you signed it? Did you just go along with any BOGUS, add-on, fake fees like dealer fee, documentation fee or electronic filing fee??? All is not lost however. You come here and very freely admit you have zero to no COMMON SENSE and there is help for you. TODAY and NOT tomorrow, seek out a mental evaluation and follow recommended treatment Understand, this may consist of institutionalization, medication, group counseling and maybe even shock treatments. The obvious mental short coming you exhibit might be treatable and I urge you to not waste one more second getting said treatment.
