Horrible customer service and caregivers. They constantly provide subpar and inexperienced caregivers with bad attitudes and don't care at all about your loved ones. Avoid at all costs.

Our response:
WE WERE PROTECTING CLIENT PRIVACY. This is a comment from a family member, an IT-savvy guy, who was denied by his father, our Senior client, any access to any care info. Its unfortunate we were caught in between the family conflict. We vehemently refute this very malicious and unfair comment. We have been harassed by this person posting bad reviews all over the internet. He has an ongoing documented complaint case filed by our client at the Adult Protective Service (APS) and the local police wherein we are a witness.
