Andrew's Heating and Cooling Mini split and duct cover install begun June 2020. PIF. Work not completed. Evergreen Colorado

In late June Andrew's began installation of mini split units. The job estimated at one week to complete , was was straightforward but was held up due to complications of COVID 19 which affected shipments and employees.
In August the inside portion was complete but the duct covers were still not installed. To date this work is only 50% complete. The business manager has dodged my calls, made unkept appointments to complete work and, in general , given me excuses and run-arounds about why the job is incomplete. The work is PIF so there is no incentive to complete the hour or so of work it would take to cover the out side hoses.
