Paid $399 for a Dog DNA Test – Never Got Proper Results or Refund

(Complaint Details):

I paid $399 to Anilab for a dog DNA test, and the entire process was a disaster.

• They lost my dog’s DNA samples twice.
• It took over three months to receive anything at all.
• They promised multiple times to refund my money but never did.
• The final “results” they sent looked like a screenshot with no scientific detail, no breed breakdown, no genetic markers — nothing like a real DNA report.

This is clearly not a legitimate service. I feel scammed and misled. I am requesting a full refund of the $399.
