Received mail from a Tucson AZ address postmarked from Dallas TX. Type of purported test did not match up with the medium or results. Ordering physician's address is Albany NY, I've never had a test done there. Dr.'s name appears to be legit, but I've never treated with him. They want me to call if received in error, so I think it's a "phishing" attempt.
