No, let me answer for you! The BBB calls themselves "the bureau" to DECEIVE the public....just like they have YOU eating out of their phoney hands! The BBB is full of PHONEY BALONEY. The BBB is NOT part of ANY government or law enforcement entity and has ABSOLUTELY ZERO POWER to force or order any business to do anything. The BBB has one purpose....to SELL their FAKE RATINGS AND FAKE ACCREDITATIONS to ANY business which wants to BUY THEM. The BBB is a PAY-FOR-PLAY CON-GAME which is very well known by legitimate business people. They will take your complaint and use it as a SALES LEAD to try to badger this business into BUYING their own FAKE ""A+" rating unless they already BOUGHT THEIRS. Got it???? The BBB has NO OFFICIAL STANDING in the business world. It's nothing more than a CON-GAME. Go to the BBB website and see the "Get A Quote" tab. The BBB is not to be trusted and carries absolutely ZERO IMPORTANCE. The business community of decent people has had enough of the BBB spreading their horse manure of FRAUD and DECEPTION. It is way overtime for the regulators to SHUT DOWN their trashy of deception.

YOU KNEW they have a website where YOU could obtain YOUR balance due and make YOUR payment. YOU CHOSE to NOT make your payment and come up with some cocktail and bull story to try to justify YOUR non-payment.
