I bought a cordless vacuum that was highly recommended on Amazon. Unfortunately, after using it about 20 times and after the return date, it stopped working. I contacted customer service through email the only way to reach them. They repeatedly asked for the same information which I sent multiple times.No one ever answered my question about how to get it to work and no one ever provided any help and I lost $120 on this stupid piece of fake machinery.
