Berkadia Verus bank Predatory lending, they dont look to work things out, they just grab the asset, almost like they only lent the funds because they wanted the asset to begin with. Berjadia is not your friend, Berkadia is not your partner, they do not care at all, they will grab the asset, or will have you sign predatory deals in order to "save your asset" Beware before you borrow funds from Berkadia, I would never ever borrow from a company like Berkadia again, borrow from banks keep far away from companies like Berkadia.

Banks are businesses, not charities. They exist to make money for their shareholders, not to bail you out of sticky situations. This is especially the case with any kind of commercial lending, where the secured asset is the only thing they can go after. If it isn't in their interest to work things out, they won't be working things out. That's how business works.
