I received a $77 chip as a new player promotion. I clicked for details to see the wager amount. The sign said $100 max cash out. I completed the wagering. I go to chat and see why the counter took off everything but $50. The rude woman in chat specifically told me $50 and that's that. The sign well sure said $100. So I go to withdraw. I send in my documents. The casino says I need clearer pictures. Those same pictures I have used for countless ID verification processes with no problem. They denied them and just stop responding. And this is a new casino! They already got me out of $50, now with the $50 I won. And they changed the sign!
