We are also experiencing the same treatment as the other investors on this site.  We have gotten nothing but lies on top of more lies and have yet to receive any real returns on our $150K investment after a full year.

We are wanting to unite with other investors to bring Biogenic Corp to justice and legally force them to repay the monies they are stealing.

Absolutely do not recommend this company unless you like giving away your hard earned money.

LIE LIE LIE!

AUTHOR: Alex - (United States)

POSTED: Tuesday, June 18, 2019

Again, full of false promises, the Dr.s they set you up with go out of business and they just throw you in as quick as they can to shut you up. Julie will tell you anything to get your money and keep you hanging by a thread.  This "investment"  seems to good to be true......IT IS.  Run from this company who is now calling themselves Tek Wellness.

I'm sure they will change names again and again so they can scam people.  Also, Julie is the only one running the show, she has no help so nothing can get done.  No checks and balances either with this company.

#3 UPDATE Employee ..inside information

False information being spread, we do NOT have investors!

AUTHOR: Brian - (United States)

POSTED: Tuesday, June 18, 2019

To the individual who has posted 3 separate reports under different names, as an employee of the company we are unaware of any requests for refunds, system relocations or other potential issues related to the BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY.

The company would like to make a few things very clear:

Many other “investors” who have been ripped off and or are a "victim"

  1. We do NOT offer any kind of investment. This is not a guarantee of monies earned, this is simply an opportunity to facilitate better patient care while earning a potential income from the opportunity. We do not offer any guarantees on any kind of returns, futures or anything to do with investing in the company or the system, period.
  2. To our knowledge this is the only compliant we have received, which we stumbled upon by accident.

"Stealing monies"

Throughout each step of the process communications are had with the Equipment owners/operators.

From the moment a system is built, a report is generated from a contracted 3rd party contractor who builds the system, sets up the software and provides pictures of the build process with serial numbers. We ship all hardware to them so they can complete these tasks on our behalf. These reports of the build process are then sent to the owner/operator of the system.

Travel itineraries are created once the Fee for Service has been submitted from a Medical Rep who secured the agreement on behalf of the owner/operator of the equipment. The FFS is sent to our contracted 3rd party installation and delivery company who then creates the travel itinerary and sets up the schedule to deliver and install while training the staff on site. Based on the schedule for them and the location this may take up to 45-60 days depending on how many units are being installed at that moment. The schedule is on a first come first serve basis and is reliant on the schedule of the physician location as well.

Once the delivery and installation with training has been completed our contracted 3rd party company then secures images of the location with pictures of the front of building, inside the building, the unit installed in the building, images of the business card, images of the serial number and images of the staff on site. A delivery sheet is signed by the staff to ensure the company has confirmation of the delivery and that the office has now taken responsibility of the system in terms of potential damages.

This report is then sent to us and we pass it along to the owner operator as confirmation that the system has been placed as per the agreement. The service agreement is with the contracted 3rd party company who provides not only the delivery, installation and training but also the customer support needed to ensure the medical location has everything they need.

At no point can the contracted service company force these physicians to test, that is against the law. We review the submitted intake document listing out the practices patient demographic utilization rates and review their annual income to determine if they are a good fit. We then approve the FFS. As part of the FFS the medical location under good faith and as part of the agreement, state they will to the best of their ability perform these tests for their patients.

AGAIN, no one can FORCE them to test. We partner with locations we feel are a good match and provide the opportunity for them to provide additional screenings and tests to uncover hidden diseases while providing an opportunity to the owner operator to increase their own revenues. This is NOT a guarantee of any potential earnings. There is NO investment into the company or the system and no guarantee of returns from a business opportunity. We offer through our contracted service company the ability to move the system if the location is under performing. We have yet to receive any such request to have the system moved.

Generally, the locations request that their information be held in confidentiality as to not disrupt their daily schedule with patients as the fear an owner operator will constantly bombard them and interrupt their main focus, their PATIENTS; however, with the delivery report the locations site information is contained within it and is not hidden.

Setup time for an office location typically takes 90 days from the date of installation to build a routine. Many of the tests being performed are demos so they can get used to utilizing the system before taking on patients. Once an office location is up and running reports are generated 30 days from the first of that month and a bill is sent with a 30-day bill cycle. As stated in the beginning there are no guarantees made about how fast a location will begin testing, there are no guarantees for a return as this is a business opportunity and not an investment with ROI guarantees.

Legally force to return monies on an opportunity with zero guarantees.

I am not sure why you have felt to come to ripoff report rather than discuss the purchase agreement and service agreement that is signed by all owners of the equipment as it states this is not a guarantee. We have received no requests to move the system to find a new location or to even return monies for the opportunity which we generally do not do.

We pay for the hardware to be manufactured, we pay service techs to be on call in case of an IT issue, we have internal staff working in sales, we have contracted companies providing installs, deliveries and training to the staff on site. We provide the medical reps with revenues for securing the FFS on the owner of the equipment’s behalf. All of the costs with a warranty and insurance for purposes of damages. All of these costs are associated with the opportunity.

The contracted service team is as part of their agreement capable of moving the system for an underperforming location. None of these concerns have been brought to our attention. The company would love nothing more than to remedy the dissatisfaction you are having. Please feel free to contact us to find a solution that works for you within the agreements signed.

Also a Victim

AUTHOR: anonymous - (United States)

POSTED: Thursday, June 13, 2019

I am also a victim of the Biogenic Corp Scam with Julie and Gary. I have received nothing but false promises and I have been looking all over for investors in a similar position, however, I have been relatively unsuccessful in doing so. Julie is a compulsive liar and a scam artist. They all deserve to be in jail.

I think it would be beneficial for us to discuss this matter and help eachother out. Please e-mail inquiry50@yahoo.com and we can exchange contact info.
