I placed one oder from this company and they charged me two times for the same order. They have informed me they are aware of the two charges for the same item but thy are unable to issue a reund at this time. They offered me more product even though what they sent me expired one month after I got it and I was unable to use the majority of it. The amount they charged me twice is $924.99. One charge on April 8 and the second one on april 10.

Even though they have admitted their error, they will not refund the second payment.
