Bluedart Express Bluedart Srinagar Cancelled my pick up without attempt Srinagar Jammu Kashmir

Way Bill number -69681226764 Scheduled for return pick up by Amazon for several days but Bluedart cancelled my pick up without any attempt. I waited for almost two weeks and no one came to pick up the item. After two weeks it is marked as cancelled on attempt by customer.

We have cameras at the gate and no one came to pick up the item on the date it shows cancelled by shipper. Please rectify this mistake and reschedule the pick up. It is just some Bluedart employee being too lazy to come for pick up.
