I looked up Brightstar Financial in Jacksonville Florida and found out that BBB said it is out of business.  When I pulled up Nationwide Trust Company there were several fraud complaints regarding scams regarding getting out of timeshares.

The letter from Brightstar directing me to contact a Mr. Donald Bailey at Nationwide Processing said the $13,982 check is to be used to pay  several fees including $1800 registration fee, Legal and documentation fees of $3200 and Insurance and delivery fees of $3800 plus taxes of 22.5% and upon payment of those fees the balance of $53,000 would be sent to me.
