Can-World Finance Services Charged Fee's for a Loan they didn't provide. Lied throughout loan process, Calgary Alberta

We recieved a new invoice today from Can-World. Payable in 2 days in the amount of $787.50, or they will send it to collections.  This is because we said no to new conditions, like giving them an additional $3,000.00 and adding names to the loan. 

This new, termination fee is the same amount we already paid as an "underwritting fee".  So this company would like $1,575.00 from us in total and I don't know if they will continue to ask for more. They did not provide us with the loan we wanted. Along with our invoice, Jeff Weiland sent a letter which threatened to take legal action if I didn't take down my google review. 

I am not sure if this company even has a license and am getting worried about the fact that they have all our personal information, including our SIN numbers.  I've learned they have my personal SIN number, which I did not give them permission to have.

It appears I cannot take any action to protect our credit and SIN numbers until they commit fraud. It is terrifying that someone can get away with this and keep going.
