LeRoy is the night or graveyard supervisor for Capstone aka Nature's Bounty Vitamins. He harassed an elderly man that was hired for production via an employment agency. When the man would show up for his shift, LeRoy would send him home without an explanation. LeRoy also said he didn't want any African Americans at the job site and would do what he could to get rid of the two that Elmwood Staffing sent over.
