Chris Hood owner of Ctrl / goctrl.ca / Ctrl usa / whatever name he wants to make up. He hired a friends company to do drone work that amounted to over 20K in invoices and over 6 months later still has not paid them! he will call and promise that they will be paid and keep asking you to do work... but will always be late on the invoices!

He is a through and throhg liar and will not pay!
