Chriswell Home Improvements, INC they put the coolwall painting over rotted wood and covered up wood that was rotten around the chimney instead of properly repairing it before painting. North Highlands CALIFORNIA

Mom and i noticed an area that was rotting and chose to get it fixed. We were told that prior to this paint being applied that all the areas that the wood was rotting would be replaced prior to the paint being applied.

Also we were informed that the area around both chimneys would be repaired prior to painting. We are now trying to sell and relocate and had an inspection and there is so many areas that are rotten and falling apart.

We have tried on many occassions to contact Chriswell and no one will return our call. I have photos but I am unable to download them file too big.
