Worked with Connie Adams for a couple months to try to get financing for a project. She assured me things were going forward. I followed her lead and paid for an appraisal. I also paid for an extension to extend the close date based on her assurance escrow would close. Escrow did not close on time. To continue working on the file, Connie demanded $1500 for her continue working on my file or else.
She dropped my file and I lost thousands and she is not a licensed commercial mortgage broker, she is a real estate sales agent.
