After months of promising to pay rent, he paid the first month and decided he wouldnt pay anymore. He left her with a $700 rent payment and no 30 day notice. She had to borrow money from me because the December rent was due and she didnt want the $75 late fee. Darren is a con artist and a liar. He is irresponsible and has no respect for others. Darren is a foul mouth grown man who acts like everyone owes him something. The companies he works for shoud verify these truck issues before giving him money.
