Dr Kellyann Bone Broth I ordered $300 worth of product on August 12th and they shipped it by DHL on August 15th and it’s been sitting in Whittier CA since 8/18 and the company refuses to give me any help or a refund. They send canned email replies that make no sense.

Ordered $300 worth of bone broth on August 12th. They shipped by DHL on 8/15. It has been sitting in Whittier CA since 8/18 according to tracking. 2 weeks with no movement.

The company only replies with canned standardized emails that aren't specific to my case. Looks like my only hope for a refund is through my credit card company.
