I made an appointment with this Dr. I need a biopsy. I told him that I have Wellcare and he is on the Wellcare list of doctors. I received 2 confirmation emails from the Dr. for my appt. and confirmed them both....it takes me 45 minutes to his office and I had to take time off from work.
When I got there he told me I needed a primary care physicians referral, of which I did not have. I called Wellcare and they said I didn't need a referral...this Dr. wasted my time and caused me to lose money...I am going to sue him.
