Eve Household I PURCHASED AN ITEM FROM THIS COMPANY OFF OF PINTEREST OCT. 4 AND AS OF TODAY 12/7 HAVE NEVER RECEIVED THE ITEM. THEY KEPT TELLING ME IT WILL BE SENT BUT NOTHING. CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD AND NEVER SENT THE ITEM

I saw a handheld small saw on Pinterest and ordered it. 2 months later I still don't have it. I emailed them many times but still no item. My credit card company said they thought it was a scam and warned me. I finally called my credit card company and had the charges reversed. They're still sending emails that my order will be sent soon. I stated the order was cancelled weeks ago and they claim they got no notice of it being cancelled. it's just been a hassle from day one.
