Richard A. Wheeler and his son Rick run this shoddy operation. These guys collected money from us and invoiced us for 4 years while filing NO RETURNS. We were shocked to find out that all our returns hadn't been filed for that long. We had to do all the work ourselves to resolve the penalties with our various companies, at considerable expense. When we confronted him about this, he outright threatened us. These are BAD people! Untrustworthy accountants in EVERY WAY.

These are a couple of scammers who have scammed more people than just us.
