I bought a chair from HappyPlus Direct on Amazon and it was defective. The seller would not stand behind the product when they claimed it had a 5-year warranty. Thankfully Amazon refunded me. My negative review of HappyPlus Direct disappeared on Amazon, so I decided to put it here.

You have to be able to rely on Amazon reviews for accuracy and it is clear that someone is removing negative Amazon storefront reviews for bad sellers. At least I got my money back from Amazon, but I now have to dispose of this useless chair.
