homegaden Misleading product details and incomplete orders

I ordered two items from homegaden.com. One took several weeks to arrive and when it did, it did not resemble the online pictures and description, for example, instead of embroidery the material was printed and synthetic instead of cotton. I returned the item (needed to be sent to China) and have not to this day been reimbursed. 

The second item never arrived and has been in Santa Fe since October 18th.

I've reached out to the company many times asking about updates to the missing shipment and the retuned goods. Every time I receive the same message that they are looking into it but nothing happens. Obviously a scam, read their yelp and other reviews.
