Won an item in auction on June 12, 2019. It specifies it "could" take 15 days.

After more than 40 days, I decided to let them know that I didn't want the item anymore. Filed a dispute with my credit card for the exact amount. Auctioneer charged my card another $200 for fee disputes. Even when they are the ones at fault.

Last message received says:

Please arrange to pick up the item, or return the item to the auction house but no refund will be issued
