We booked and paid for three rooms at Longview Home Studios through Airbnb. At check-in this past Sunday our booking was not acknowledged, our money has not been refunded and they haven't explained or apologized.

The hotel said that the reservation was canceled and neither one is acknowledging our situation.

They didn't offer a room or a refund and Airbnb is withholding our money for 15 business days. Repeated calls, emails are not being answered. No refund, no alternative.
