Modern Gen Auto Corvette Mods 4 month old order--every e-mail I sent was returned by a different person--ALL gave different answers--Still no parts or refunds Ft. Worth Texas

I placed an order on May 4th of 2021. It is now Aug. 18th. and no parts. I have sent no less than a dozen e-mails and 3 phone calls. Each response was different than the previous response. They have blamed the mfr. every time with responses that range from 2-3 weeks to the one I received today, "3-4 Weeks". On one phone call they said they would have the mfr. contact me, and on another, we will have our manager contact you, NEVER HAPPENED!

Today they asked if I "Wanted to Cancel". My response was simple, "I want a refund immediately".

Thier response was "We will submit the cancellation".

In conclusion, they are complete liars. I paid $189 for absolutely NOTHING except lies.
