A few days later I get a call from their analyst, telling me that I have a strong case against the owners and manager. Mold law group in nothing but a bunch of liars. When I called them for me, they sent a gut out to test my apt. It took about 45 min to an hour. Then a few days later I got a call from their analyst telling me that I have a strong case against the owners and the manager worth about 2 million dollars.

When I got back in touch with the lawyer guy he said that he wanted $5000 upfront. Which I couldn't understand. I asked him if it's your company that says it's a strong case, then why can't you wait until it's over to get your pay? I never got a answer from him.
