It involves New Leaf moving group out of Boynton Beach. The purposefully mislead using deceitful business practices. They give a quote for a cross country move. They take a deposit for the move. On the day the movers come out to pick up all your stuff they say the didn’t quote for enough room and raise the price for square footage.
In order to get your deposit back you have to cancel over 72 hours before the move. Once they raise the price you’re already within the 72 hour window. They also mislead with the price quote.
