Got a proirity mail Letter of work of a Shopper & a Check to spend at a Store Wal-Mart listed on  letter aand info, Check out the Check I got saw it was a Sample Check you get from a Bank Logo on it. It says $2450.00 on it, tried to tell the person the check was bad they hang up!!

If your credit rating is "average," go to the bank and get a legitimate loan at a reasonable interest rate.  If your credit rating is "average" you should be able to find a cosigner if necessary- and it probably isn't even necessary. 

If you are sincere, I can only assume you are a clueless idiot who is passing over good options in a desperate attempt to take the very worst one, and now complaining that they aren't victimizing you fast enough.
