Company lost a third of the things we had them store for us. First they delivered the wrong person's belongings, then they picked those up and didn't deliver the rest of our things that they hadn't yet delivered.

They say they can't find our things in their warehouse and don't know where they are. I have asked them to reimburse us for them, but they ignore my e-mails.
