About 1.5 years ago I purchased this awful mattress thinking it was the innovative new thing that will make me sleep well. Little did I know it is made w such awful material it sagged on both sides with in one year and a half instead of the many they promise it will last at least. None of that is true my back and my husbands back feel like it broke my whole body is aching for months now and they WONT EVEN RESPOND TO MY COMPLAINTS!!!!!

They keep sending me auto responses to rate them and that they received my complaint I sent pictures I sent Complaints explaining what’s wrong NO ONE CARES I HAD TO SPEND ANOTHER $2000 to be able to sleep!!!!
