We paid $8,104.50 by bank wire transfer for crystal beads. Sent half. Pujiang Labelle Crystal Co., Ltd. claimed that their factory burned down. Refused to refund outstanding amount. Refused to send the rest of crystals. I have all emails and documentation available for United States Government only.

This company has always been a problem to deal with, broken beads, small shortages, etc. but management must have changed or they are upset with President Trump and are trying to screw companies now. We will never do business with this company again! We will write off loss.
