They were recomended to me by my insurance company, who was supose to pay for the tow, but apparently never did. The other insurance company wouldn't accept my witnesses statement and weaseled out of paying for my anything.

Now these guys want to file a lien, after they refused to talk to me for weeks to even tell me what the storage fee is. I didn't get a call back until today, 23 days later confirming my suspicion that they wanted me to give them the title.

Essentially my car which was totaled by the other driver and is only worth $100 sold as scrap is getting charged $920 to date because they stone walled me.
