Roger Pettingell of Sarasota Florida, listed my house. First he gave it to some young girl who apparently knows nothing about real estate. After a few months I fired him becuase he would not effectivelyn market it, and would not discuss a marketing plan. You can certainly find better and more effective agents that will work with you, instead of just suggesting we reduce the price. He puts minimal effort and his staff is rude.
On top of that, he refuse to return the key to my house even after asking several times, so I had tom file a complaint about my key.
