Russ Downs of RJ Excelsior Services LLC Followed me into an empty parking lot and parked right next to me on 8.5.22 Phoenix Arizona

Approximately 1 week after requesting damage assesments and work orders from RJ Excelsior Services LLC, Russ Downs conveniently parked right next to me in an empty grocery store parking lot at 6:30 in the morning. 

There were maybe 5 other customers in the store because it had justed opened.  The paking lot is huge and the spot he chose was not the most convenient.  This is considered harassment.  This occurred at the Safeway located at 12th Street and Glendale Ave in Phoenix on August 5, 2022.
