Failed to pay rent, lied and abandoned the property. She claims to be a strong Christian. She’s a scam artist! She rented out the property as a AirBB and the lease clearly states she is the only one to rent the property and to live there.
She left a note on my door with the garage code so anyone could have gotten into my home. She did this knowing I’m in Haiti while on a year missionary to teach english to kids.

Not only was this a false report, the Anoka county court with jurisdiction over this case in the state of MN made a judgement in the favor of Melissa Krivachek and as a result Lance Story's wages and bank accounts are being garnished.
