They claim in their ads to ship within 10 days but 42 days later my product is in China still. Their customer service person claims the item has been shipped and has arrived in the U.S., and it waiting to be delivered but their own tracking info shows it still in China. Do not trust them. Buyer beware. Stay FAR away.
