Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
These people have a very good selling line and setup. They promise the world and actually provide good detail about the products they will sell you, so do impress you with their knowledge of your needs.
But then the delay excuses start as to why they can't deliver on time BUT, if you just give us a couple of weeks, we will guarantee delivery. Oh, and by the way, as a gesture of goodwill, we are going to refund your deposit money.
They operate out of a very small business location in Nepean, near Ottawa that sells lighting products.
If you see any of their names on contact information RUN AWAY, they are CROOKS!

After a long delay Saniton Plastics has returned all my money so I am prepared to withdraw my original comments about them. However I have been in contact with one other customer of theirs who have not received any of their deposit money back. Hopefully Mr Alaa Hattab will return their money as well.

Brandon Gormley and Kathryn Mann were both innocent participants in this incident and were not involved in any deception. This came to light today and I am reporting it. Both these people are honest people just doing what they were told.
