Literally perpetuated fraud and inadvertantly admitted to the fraud. Charged fees not disclosed, accepted credit and indicated in writing and on the phone that they were funding the loan the next day.

Never funded and then asked for exhorbitant additional fees to fund that were not paid.

Refused to refund previously charged funds supposed to be for processing and insurance, which was a lie.
