They said it was a promotional package with a reduced amount and after that I was surprised that they deducted sums for a year of a full subscription and I did not agree to this except that they have no clear email to deal with them nor a fixed website and when I contacted them to cancel the subscription and get the money back they did actually cancel the subscription but did not get my money back from them
