Eric Vargas charged us over $20K to install a custom break away slidding window / door. He said he needed to order it and since it was custom order he needed the money up front. After months of waiting and excuse after excuse we ask for a refund.

He said that the money had been stolen from his account and would pay in payments. $2,500 to start and $1,000 every week. He paid $3,500 total and has been MIA for 6 weeks now.
