Buyer beware, this is a scam site. I sent almost $3000 to Nancy Ping, who represented herself as the sales manager for Shenzhen Chemical Co. LTD. She made up several excuses why I hadn't received a tracking number. After three weeks she finally sent me a tracking number.
8 days passed with no info showing up under EMS/ USPS sites. I have tried repeatedly to contact her and she has not responded. She is very good at communicating to you prior to you sending money, after you send money she becomes a ghost. I want to protect other people from this scam so they dont sent money to her.

Proof this is a scam!!!

THIS IS A SCAM!!!! Here is the proof. I received a package from Nancy Ping. FIrst lets look at the tracking info: See attached photos. I have ordered several packages from China and unfortunately I have had 3 seized by US Customs, so I am familiar with the process. When your package is detained/seized it is updated in the USPS tracking information that you receive to notify you customs has confiscated your items. In the tracking info I received, the package clears customs without inspection.
There is no delay, and there is no updated info that the package was seized. Just says processed through San Francisco without delay. When I received my package I knew immediately that it did not weigh 2.2 lbs. I opened it and inside were several bars of soap, a towel and a suspicious letter saying it was from customs. When customs seizes items they DO NOT put a letter in the package and continue shipping it. They take the entire package and send you a certified letter that you must sign for that informs you that Customs seized your package. This letter was folded and put in the box at the time of shipping. The letter is clearly photocopied, and lacks the embossed US Customs Logo.
The letter is fake, saying customs took the dangerous items out of the box. Next, when Customs opens a package for inspection, they re-wrap it in black tape all around the box, with a sticker that says "Inspected by US Customs". This package was never opened by customs and came sealed with one strip of clear packing tape. So lets look at the inside of the box, (see attached photos). You can clearly see with the items inside there is absolutely no room for 2.2 lbs of powder to fit. What she does is send you a package with a fake letter inside saying that Customs took your items, probably in an effort to get you to reorder from her.
She only sent the fake package after a month and a half of contentious emails. If this package was really seized by customs I would not of received any of my order, and again they absolutely send you a certified mail letter informing you that your package was seized. Not the case here. You can clearly see that it did not get detained by US Customs. It is an elaborate scam where Nancy pretends to send you a package, she inserts a generic letter inside you pretend like she sent you your order but it was confiscated. I WOULD NOT ORDER FROM HER!! You can also note that her website hasn't been updated since 2018. THIS IS A SCAM!!! Don't lose your money to her. She will be friendly and professional until you order, then the nighmare begins. I lost $3000, don't let this be you.

Hi Harley,
I recently came across this company myself. Due to the fact that I was questioning their legitimacy and I had sighted your report they explained that they had (at the time of replying to me, Friday, May 1, 2020) resent your order.
I would be very appriciative if you could verify this claim and also whether you have recieved the package/tracking No. or not?
Thank you very much.
